Cacao Connection

A celebration of togetherness.

This is an afternoon of connection; connection to others, to music, to nature, to self, to heart.

Let the loving warmth of Cacao Spirit move and guide us, as we open ourselves up after the long hibernation, and welcome in the Sun, the Ancestors, The Guides and all that is Sacred.

Through gentle ritual we shall open the 4 Directions, and journey to a place of inner peace and joy. Please bring any instruments you may have, or Oracle Decks you might like to share. I will offer guided meditation and personal excercises, as we move through the session in to a deeper heart space, and cultivate that beautiful and much needed feeling of community.

£35 exchange for 3 hours, including Ceremonial Cacao (sourced from a women's collective in Guatemala) 

Cacao is a gentle earth medicine, and has been used for thousands of years across Central and South America.

When consumed in it's purest form, with respect and acknowledgment for its traditional wisdom keepers, it can be a powerful tool for growth, connection, and inner guidance.  

The active ingredients help to relax the nervous system, and quiet the busy mind, allowing access to what lies in the heart, and the deeper consciousness. Cacao Spirit can lead you on a journey of self discovery, creativity, releasing blockages and union. 

It is also a true superfood, containing more antioxidants than blueberries, as well as iron, calcium, and magnesium, and is thought to be beneficial for cardiovascular health, and generally boosts moods and energy. Working with small amounts of Cacao on a daily basis can be very helpful for anxiety, depression and many dis-eases.

WHO AM I?

I'm Vida, and I'm looking forward to making a beautiful cacao recipe for you all on. I am a Systemic Therapist,  and have also trained in Tantric Massage, Abdominal Massage, Reiki, Inner Dance, Inner Child Healing, The Art of Creating Rituals, and I'm currently studying The Secret Life of Trees.

I've been hosting Cacao Ceremonies, Sister Circles and Healing Retreats around the world for a few years now. I'm happy to be back on home soil and really looking forward to meeting new sisters and friends as we continue to grow this beautiful community together.
