Family Constellations Workshop

Family Constellations is one of the fastest and most powerful therapies available. In a single session, you can bring profound healing to your whole family line. 

Whatever has been ignored will not disappear, it will come back in the next generations again and again until it is seen, and healed. You have inherited the traumas of your ancestors, but they are heavy to carry. It’s time to give them back. 

Issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, unworthiness, lack of intimacy, financial problems/fears, self judgement, illness/disease, physical pain, unhealthy relationships, feeling like you don't belong...

These can all be traced to ancestral traumas relating to war, miscarriage, abortion, premature death, abuse, rape, murder, religion, immigration, stealing, adoption etc. 

During this event we will work through 2 or 3 full family constellation sessions, plus short break out group excercises where everyone will work with their own family system. Whether the issues in thes full sessions belong to your direct family or not, your involvement will bring a huge healing shift to your family system, as somewhere in the line we all hold the same issues. 

The event will be held at The Wee Retreat from 11.30am-6.30pm on Sat 10th June. Please eat before arriving, and bring food/snacks with you as we will have a short break
