Full Moon Innerdance Journey

Join us for a very special Full Moon Innerdance session, where you will lie down and let the magical soundscape (created by Serena Olsen www.innerdancetrust.com) transport you to the far reaches of your inner and outer worlds. Allow insights to flow through you as you journey through your own dreamspace. Past lives, memories, kundalini energy, throat opening, ancestors, sacred geometry, other galaxies and dimensions, the sky is not the limit!

New moon is the time to set intentions for what you wish to manifest and full moon is the time to let go of what is holding you back from achieving them.

With the sun in Gemini, we are in the energy of our mind, thoughts, and how we perceive and understand the world around us. The moon is in the opposite sign of Sagittarius, which brings expansion and we are being asked to look at how we can see things differently.

The Sagittarius moon will shine a light on how you can see from another perspective, get out of your own way and evolve. How has your way of thinking, perceiving and understanding, been holding you back and limiting you?
