Healing the Family System

EVERY ONE OF US HAS A MOTHER AND FATHER, AND EVERY ONE OF US CARRIES THEIR HEAVINESS FOR THEM

Issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, unworthiness, lack of intimacy, financial problems, fears, self judgement, illness, disease, physical pain, unhealthy relationships, feeling like you don't belong... These can all be traced to imbalances in the family system

During this event I will talk through some of the foundations of Systemic Therapy, which bring transformation just by knowing them. I'll share some techniques that everyone can do on their own or with a friend, and you can join some short personal activities to practice (there will be no requirement to discuss personal information or your own family dynamics at this event)
