Shiva Shakti Equinox Workshop

To honour the spring Equinox, the time of the year when we experience equal darkness and light, as well as the excitement of Spring and new birth, this workshop looks at the balance of light and shadow in terms of your Shiva and Shakti energy.

By looking at what is in the shadow, we bring balance. Often it is shame or fear that keeps things hidden there. In this workshop you will have the chance to see what you keep in the shadow and use a very simple form of acknowledgement and acceptance, to bring more balance to it.

All participants will have the chance for a brief constellation, and we will work as a group for 2 larger sessions.
