Women's Empowerment Weekend - Yorkshire

Join us for a beautiful weekend of connection; to your body, your breath, your womb, and to each other.

Deep in the peaceful English Countryside, enjoy the luxury of the converted old granary building. Where host teacher Maiwenn Langlois will lead you through a balanced full body movement program including pilates, yoga and somatic exercises, to help connect to your body and build a practice to take home with you.

Vida will be guiding you through a healing journey to help you release what no longer serves. Beginning with a beautiful cacao ceremony to open your heart, you will also learn about healthy boundaries and the power of your Divine Feminine Energy. There will be various healing activities over the weekend, and we will work with the 4 elements to bring ourselves back in to balance. Fire ceremony on Saturday night, ending with Water Blessing and purification on Sunday.

The Vegan menu has been designed to detoxify the digestive system and heal your body from the inside out.

There will also be time for you to book in for therapeutic massage, take a walk in nature, or to simply relax in the hot tub.

We aim to help you kick start your health and give you a well-earned break from everyday life. This weekend is an opportunity to gently release unprocessed emotions, re-balance digestion and re-calibrate the body. You will leave feeling refreshed, revitalized, and with increased mental clarity, flexibility and a greater sense of emotional balance and inner peace.

Excercise is suitable for beginners to more experienced students. With a maximum of 15 people per retreat you will be assured plenty of individual attention and guidance.
