Women's Weekend Retreat

My dear Sisters

Over the years we have gathered here on several retreats. Each one bringing us together through hugs, tears and deep insights. Leaving us with a renewed sense of self, and a bunch of new friends (and colleagues)

Each time I try to offer a theme that I have personally been working on, so the space can be authentic and shared between us all. Since we last met, life has blown me in to a thousand pieces and again brought me back round to that endless question; WHO AM I?

I would now like to share this question with you, and dedicate a beautiful weekend to connecting with who we really are (in the gentlest and wildest of ways)

Barmolloch Farm is a permaculture property which sits on an energetic lay line, and the nearby glen speaks of ancient mysteries. The on-site labyrinth and wood-fired hot tub offer the chance to take some time out. With cosy cottages, healthy food, and great company, this is the perfect opportunity to breathe, connect, relax and re-set.

Lilia from "Heal Scotland" will lead you through breathwork and wild river bathing each morning, then feed you with treats from the "Wild Medicine Kitchen" served straight from the land at Barmolloch

Liz Harris  from "Spirit Tree Visions" will guide you on a shamanic drum journey and introduce you to the Ogham

Vida from "Vida Healing" will hold space for you for the rest of the weekend and guide you to the insights of who you really are
