My Dear Sisters

Over the years we have gathered here on several retreats. Each one bringing us together through hugs, tears and deep insights...and leaving us with a renewed sense of self, plus a bunch of new friends (and colleagues)

Each time I try to offer a theme that I have personally been working on, so the space can be authentic and shared between us all. Following on from this most powerful weekend together in May, I'd like to offer the theme of "worth" for the next meeting in December

As we prepare for the chaos of the Christmas period, and all of the family dynamics at play, let us gather together and find balance, acceptance and worthiness within

Everyone and everything has a place in the family system. We continue this work to keep clearing the obstacles so the love can flow. Join your group of sisters for a weekend of connection, deep belonging and absolute worthiness

Vida will hold space for you and guide you through activities to assist with family and karmic clearing

Lilia from "Heal Scotland" will lead you through breathwork and wild river bathing each morning, then feed you with treats from the "Wild Medicine Kitchen" served straight from the land at Barmolloch
