Are you a mum, a wife, a daughter? When do you get the chance to put that to the side and just be you? How connected are you to your Feminine Energy? Do you have self love? ​ So many of us are very disconnected for a number of reasons; womb or ovary issues, low self esteem, feeling stuck at work/at home, feeling unseen, new mother, peri/post menopause, kids left home and no purpose now… so many reasons. But this is our life force energy, giving us power and bringing us balance, we cannot forget about it. ​ Magic happens when women gather in circle. It was the way of our ancestors, but we now find society encourages us to judge each other instead of sharing our trust and strength. ​ It’s time to come together and heal. Surrounded by the loving presence of our sisters, we will focus on self love and how to cultivate a connection to our Inner Feminine power, balancing both Masculine and Feminine within us. The spirit of Cacao will lead us on our heart opening journey and allow us to connect on a deeper level, to ourselves and each other. We are so used to giving, we find it hard to receive as it leaves us vulnerable. Here we will look at boundaries and how to give and receive in a healthy way. ​ Our wombs hold residual energy and it’s time to clear what doesn’t belong there. Cleanse your womb and connect with her, send her a smile and give her a voice. We will honour the ones that came before us; the Seers, the Medicine Women, the Healers, our Great Grandmothers. They are in us, and it’s time for us to heal the wounds, starting with ourselves. During this session we will create and send energy out to our sisters across the planet, strengthening the collective whilst finding our own power. ​ Welcome Sister. The Circle is here to hold you.
