Innerdance Findhorn

Lay down on your mat and fully surrender to the Innerdance. 

Let yourself be witnessed and held as you journey through a magical soundscape that cycles through the 24 hour circadian rhythm and impacts your brainwaves to allow deep rest, relaxation, and insight.

This is a space and time for you to just 'BE', all parts included.

The soundscape will be created live in the moment, by the Shamanic DJ (Serena Olsen, who is over from the USA to host an Innerdance Training) She will be joined by 5 other facilitators who will be using instruments and energy work to support all that wants to move through the space. This is a very special offering because it's rare to have so many facilitators in one space, it means it will be a very powerful evening, and you will receive a lot more one to one support through your journey.

What to bring to Innerdance:

✨Please wear loose fitting or comfy clothes, layers work best. 

✨A bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated. 

✨A pillow, blanket and eye mask (If you have one) anything you need to make yourself comfy.
